Should have complied with the appropriate regulations that apply to the flight instructor rating sought.
Should have logged at least fifteen hours as PIC in the category, class
and type of aircraft that is appropriate to the flight instructor rating
sought.
Should have passed a knowledge test on the areas listed in regulation 77.
Should have passed the required practical test on the areas of operations listed in regulation 79.
Should have received a logbook endorsement from an authorised instructor
on the areas of operation listed in regulation 79, appropriate to the
flight instructor rating sought.
Should have received a logbook endorsement from an authorised instructor
on the fundamentals of instructing listed in regulation 77 appropriate
to the required knowledge test.
