  • An agreement establishing a free zone, where applicable.
  • The feasibility study or business plan.
  • The master plan.
  • The marketing plan.
  • The environment impact assessment.
  • The project plan for establishing the free zone with clear indicators and timelines.
  • Memorandum and articles of association.
  • Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration.
  • Tax clearance certificate, where applicable.
  • Performance bond in case of a free zone not established by government.
  • Other documents that the Authority may consider necessary.
