  • Application letter to the Director Physical Planning.
  • Compliance letter from Architects.
  • Copies of utilities bills (water and electricity).
  • Copy of approved drawings.
  • Fire certificate.
  • Proof of KCCA inspection (job card).
  • Proof of payment of inspection fee.
