A statement of the number of shares in the vessel, the legal title which is vested in that person or in the body corporate, whether alone or jointly with any other person or persons.
A statement of the qualifications of that person to operate a vessel on
the Lake, and in the case of a body corporate, a statement of proof of
ownership.
