- Application for the permit to conduct feasibility studies.
- Completion of the feasibility studies.
- Power Purchase Agreement.
- Submit the corporate documents.
- Upon receipt of the license to post bond.
- Evidence of tax clearance.
- Annual returns dating 3 years back from the date of applying.
