  • A detailed description of the process he or she intends to employ and its possible effects.
  • A detailed description of the soil structure and geology of the area.
  • A detailed drawing indicating the structure, construction and surroundings of the waste treatment plant or disposal site.
  • A plan for managing the leach-ate and other by-products from the waste.
  • A plan of the surrounding areas, including water bodies and residences
  • Any other matter that may be required by the Authority
