- Is the holder of a degree, diploma or license of a university or school
of engineering which may be recognized for the time being by the board
as furnishing a sufficient guarantee of an adequate academic training in
engineering.
- One must have had at least two years’ adequate postgraduate practical
training as an engineer and has had at least two years’ experience in a
position involving responsibility as an engineer; but the board may, at
its discretion, accept any additional period in a position of
responsibility as an engineer in excess of two years in substitution for
the two years’ practical training.
