He or she intends to be resident in Uganda in the capacity of a professionally qualified surveyor for the express purpose of carrying out specific work for which he or she has been engaged.
He or she is not ordinarily resident in Uganda.
He or she is, or immediately prior to entering Uganda was, in practice
as a surveyor in such a capacity as to satisfy the board of his or her
fitness to serve the public as a professionally qualified surveyor.
The applicant may appear before the board for further inquiries.
